 o/e Vertical Excess of Maxilla with proclination of upper anteriors and spacing with flaring incisors. Closed deep bite+++. Overjet +++. Orthodontic relapse. Rt U7 & L6 and Lt U6 & L7 extracted due to decay.

 Tentative Treatment Plan: Lefort I and AMO along with orthodontia.

Beggs Ortho treatment started and anterior space closure and regaining/reopening of U4's space being tried.
