o/e Flaring upper anterior's with spacing. Minimal overjet. Facial midline & chin deviation to right. Rt U6 and Lt L6 decayed and extracted. Mild mandibular prognathism with mild vertical excess of maxilla.

Tentative Treatment plan: Lower subapical osteotomy with sliding genioplasty and upper retraction with orthodontia.

Beggs orthodontic treatment started.
