h/o Cleft lip and palate and surgical corrections at young age.
o/e Retruded Maxilla. Edge to edge bite. Upper Rt and Lt 2 missing. Lower Lt 2 lingually placed. Small palatal anterior fistula which she has no complaints of oro-nasal communication. Good speech.

 Tentative Treatment plan: Lefort I Augmentation and bone plate fixation (or combination with sagittal split) along with orthodontic treatment.

Beggs Orthodontic treatment started.
